  • Overall responsibility for Finance, IT, Human Resources, Customer Service and Administration
  • Commercial responsibility for the four subsidiaries (USA, Germany, UK, Italy)
  • Coordination, analysis and commentary on the financial results of the group for the parent company
  • Coordination and preparation of the budget for Hanro AG and subsidiaries as well as its consolidation for the group
  • Responsible for all insurance and tax issues for the group
  • Planning, coordination and realization of the closure of the site
